Our wraparound sessions offer children the perfect balance of fun, creativity, social time and relaxation after their busy school day. Whether they’re enjoying outdoor play, getting messy with art, or curling up with a story and a hot chocolate, there’s something for everyone.
At Worlebury St Paul’s, children’s safety and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do. Our Wraparound Care follows the same high safeguarding standards as the school day, ensuring a secure and nurturing environment at all times.
Here’s how we keep children safe:
✔ Fully Trained & Vetted Staff
All wraparound staff hold enhanced DBS checks and receive regular safeguarding, first aid and food‑hygiene training to keep children safe at all times.
✔ Secure Drop‑off & Collection Procedures
Children are signed in and out of every session, and only released to authorised adults. Parents/carers collect from the designated secure gate, ensuring safe handover every time.
✔ Clear Arrival & Departure Protocols
Children are collected directly from their classrooms after school and escorted safely to the club. Staff follow up immediately if a child booked into a session does not arrive as expected.
✔ Nut‑Free & Allergy‑Aware Environment
We are a completely nut‑free school. Children’s allergies, medical needs and dietary requirements are always checked and updated on Arbor so staff can cater safely.
✔ High Standards of Hygiene
Children wash their hands before eating, and staff follow strict food‑hygiene procedures with regular cleaning of tables and preparation areas.
✔ First Aid Always Available
There is always at least one trained first‑aider on site, and any medical needs or incidents are recorded and shared with parents.
✔ Regular Safety Checks & Risk Assessments
Health and safety procedures, fire evacuation plans and routine risk assessments help ensure the environment remains safe, supervised and suitable for all activities.
✔ Safe Outdoor Play
When children play outside, staff carry out regular headcounts and supervise closely to ensure everyone stays safe while enjoying fresh air and active play.

Our Weekly Plan:
Monday – Snack & seasonal activities
Tuesday – Buffet & board games
Wednesday – Make-your-own pizza & painting
Thursday – Snacks & arts and crafts
Friday – Chill-out Friday: stories, colouring, hot chocolate & biscuits
Snacks include cheese, biscuits, crackers, beans on toast and more.
Pricing Structure:
Breakfast Club: £4.00 per session
After School Tiers:
NEW: Late Pick Up Tier (3.15 - 3.30pm): £1.50 (for any parent/carers who may struggle to pick up on time (charge will be applied to Arbor accounts by the office).
Tier 1 (3.15 – 4.00pm): £4.50 per session
Tier 2 (3.15 – 4.30pm): £5.50 per session
Tier 3 (3.15 – 5.30pm): £8.50 per session
Child care vouchers are accepted. Parents notify the office of the amount of the child care voucher to be credited to their child's account and the voucher reference code.
